INFORMATION

Horse / cattle clippers are a very simple but important piece of grooming equipment, that should always be well maintained, this maintenance will increase the reliability and prolong the clippers life span, although this may seem like an extra unwanted expense in the long term it will be an added bonus.

When your clipping equipment fails to operate, you will be the best person who can describe the situation when the fault occurred; explaining these details to the engineer will speed up the process of repair,

CHECK the following
  • If the clipper has stopped  - has the re-set button been tried?
  • Check the cable for cuts or any noticeable damage.
  • If the machine has stopped cutting – does the cutter blade still move?
  • A smell of burning or a sighting of smoke - just switch off and remove the plug –  Clipping is over for today!

UKClippers carry out no repairs without the authorisation from you the customer. Estimates for repairs are only given on receipt of your clipper, not too confuse or under / over estimate repair costs.
